It installs on the dispensing side of a fuel or fluid pipeline, remaining closed until an electronic signal (from a dispenser, pump controller, or BMS) commands it open. The 1" size carries a CV of 12 and handles operating pressures up to 105 PSI, making it a practical fit for single-rack or small-cluster coolant distribution unit (CDU) supply and return lines where moderate flow rates and a compact footprint are priorities. Zero pressure differential operation means the valve opens reliably even under low-pressure start-up conditions common in server rack manifolds. The 304 SS body and PTFE seal combination resists galvanic corrosion and ion contamination in deionized water loops, glycol-based coolants, and dielectric fluids used in direct-to-chip and immersion cooling systems. The integral thermal relief feature protects closed loop segments from pressure spikes caused by thermal expansion under high server loads.
